For me, I sometimes find that it's part of the process - there is something behind the feeling trying to tell me something. Or, I could just be looney.
Those days are really great. They are meant for you to pause and reflect. Don't think too much. Just relax. Because you know you'll come back anyway!
Thanks for the encouragement! I guess it is good to throw your hands up and take a step back once in a while. Life is a balancing act. Somedays it is harder to manage than others.
